As Project Manager I successfully oversaw a complex conservation project at The Crown bar, Belfast, which remained open to the public throughout the Cyclical restoration project in both 2007 & again in 2014. I coordinated multiple specialists ensuring seamless collaboration in a confined, high-traffic space. My responsibilities included managing timelines, budgets, and quality standards while liaising with conservators, contractors, surveyors, and the tenant Mitchells & Butlers to deliver specialist work efficiently and to the highest standards for the custodian, National Trust.
